We love to keep a selection of basic herbs and spices and a few select healthy items such as elderberries, garlic, and ginger root. 

We can't go through a year without our elderberry syrup, ginger or garlic. We try to consume as many natural products as possible. It's amazing the health benefits you can find in natural products. Don't get me wrong, we appreciate modern medicine, we just think that you have to find balance.
