It has long been held that peppers are a benefit to your health. Some of these claims include benefits to the heart, as a blood thinner, aid in digestion and metabolism, and as a cold remedy. One of our favorites is a cold fighter made with pepper and honey:
I tsp organic coconut oil ( melted)
1/2 tsp organic cayenne pepper
1 tsp raw organic honey
Mix together and eat.
