Spice Chai (tea) has been blended for centuries in Southern Asia. Our spiced chai infuses cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper to create a spicy blend to fill out this invigorating beverage. Usually served with cream and sugar. Perfect hot or cold.
WHAT YOU GET: 1 lb. bag of Herbal Chai
16oz of tea will make between 150 and 200 6oz tea cups
Ingredients - Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, corriander, allspice, cloves, and black pepper
Start out with cold filtered water Place 1 tsp. tea per 6 oz water in a kettle. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and add desired milk (almond and soy milk is good too) and sweetener. The more milk you add the creamier and less spicy it will be.
We love this anytime we crave a low cal sugary snack. It is very satisfying and curbs the dessert monster. :)
Top with a cinnamon stick for added flavor and eye appeal.
